Refunds
- Event Cancellations:
If you decide to cancel your event, please notify us at least 3 before the scheduled date. Cancellations made within this time frame will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 3 before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost. - Service Issues or Dissatisfaction:
If you are not satisfied with the services provided, please reach out to us within 3 of the event to discuss the issue. We aim to resolve any concerns promptly, either through a partial or full refund depending on the situation. - Refund Process:
If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5. If you paid via bank transfer, please provide the necessary account details for the refund.
